Policy for ENVISAGE

 

1. Introduction:
   This Advertising Policy outlines the guidelines and principles governing the advertising practices for ENVISAGE, herein referred to as "ENVISAGE."

2. Advertising Standards:
   a. Advertisements must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
   b. Advertisements must not contain false, deceptive, or misleading content.
   c. Advertisements must be consistent with ENVISAGE's values and brand image.

   d. ENVISAGE is not responsible for any misleading or false information being advertised, by agreeing to this policy and as the advertiser you agree to not advertise false information and claim full responsibility for any mislead clients or legal issues.

3. Acceptable Advertisers:
   a. ENVISAGE reserves the right to approve or reject any advertiser or advertisement for any reason, ENVISAGE has the right to not disclose why your advertisement is rejected.
   b. Advertisements from competitors may be subject to additional scrutiny.

4. Content Guidelines:
   a. Advertisements must be respectful and non-offensive.
   b. Advertisements must not contain content that promotes discrimination, hate speech, or violence.
   c. Advertisements must not infringe on intellectual property rights.

   d. Content must be at least 1080p resolution and we will not accept any images less than 1080px by 1080px. 

   e. Advertisements must not be misleading or contain false information, and we are not held responsible for any issues regarding your AD content. (See section 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d) 

5. Quality and Relevance:
   a. Advertisements must be of high quality and relevant to ENVISAGE's target audience.
   b. ENVISAGE reserves the right to reject advertisements that do not meet quality and relevance standards.

6. Transparency:
   a. Advertisements must clearly distinguish between editorial content and advertising.
   b. Sponsored content will not be labeled.

7. Data Privacy:
   a. Advertisers must comply with ENVISAGE's data privacy policies.
   b. Advertisements must not collect user data without explicit consent.

8. Frequency and Placement:
   a. ENVISAGE reserves the right to control the frequency and placement of advertisements.
   b. Advertisements must not interfere with the user experience on ENVISAGE's platforms. 

9. Review and Approval Process:
   a. Advertisements may be subject to a review and approval process before being published.
   b. ENVISAGE reserves the right to request modifications to advertisements for compliance.

10. Reporting and Complaints:
    a. Users can report advertisements that violate this policy to advertising@envisagesigns.com
    b. ENVISAGE will investigate and take appropriate action in response to reported violations.

11. Policy Updates:
    a. ENVISAGE reserves the right to update this Advertising Policy as needed.
    b. Advertisers will be notified of any significant policy changes.

12. Enforcement:
    a. ENVISAGE may take appropriate enforcement actions, including the removal of advertisements or suspension of advertiser accounts, for violations of this policy.

By advertising with ENVISAGE, advertisers agree to abide by this Advertising Policy. ENVISAGE reserves the right to modify, interpret, or enforce this policy at its discretion.

13. Subscriptions / Cancellation / Payments:
    a. All subscriptions are collected in 30-day increments unless agreed upon. If you subscribe to a month-to-month plan you will be advertised for 30 days. 

    b. If you wish to cancel a subscription, please access your profile or contact us and we will cancel it for you. If you have a contract with us at ENVISAGE, you must adhere to your contract and your subscription will not be canceled until your contract is over. To cancel a subscription, you MUST notify us within 48 hours before your upcoming charge, otherwise your subscription will automatically renew. All plans are set to automatically renew after 30 days of commencement.

    c. If you wish to cancel during your 30-day period, your ads will continue to run until your period is over and you will NOT receive a refund or be prorated. 

    d. ENVISAGE reserves the right to cancel your subscription at any time without reason. If you have any questions, please email us at advertising@envisagesigns.com

    e. All payments will be collected on the day set to start by ENVISAGE, if you wish to request a payment calendar please contact support at advertising@envisagesigns.com

    f. Payments will be collected via call or request form, all payment calls will be collected from (915) 895-2824. If you receive a call from another number requesting envisage payment, do not give any information. We are not responsible for any fraudulent activity or fake calls that you receive, leading to payment fraud.

    g. If you are filling out a payment release form, please note your card information will be saved on file and used to make payments for your upcoming charges. All your information will be held confidentially by ENVISAGE and WIX payments. We are not responsible for any fraudulent charges to your account. If you are charged with any fraudulent transactions, please contact your bank. 

   h. All subscriptions will be charged a 4% transaction fee and a 8.25% sales tax fee.

    I. If you subscribe annually, you will receive a total of 65 days FREE of charge. Annual plans must be paid up-front.

14. Uploading ADS:   

    a. If you wish to upload your own ADS, please allow 24 hours for your AD to be approved and put up on our system. 

    b. After the 24 hours have passed and your AD was approved your AD will go up within 5 minutes of approval.

15. Our Signage:   

    a. If our signage is tampered or broken upon inspection, you will be charged $100 - $5,000 USD for any property damage. 

    b. If you are having problems with our signage or you do not see any ADS displayed, please contact us at 915-895-2824 to resolve the issue.

    c. Our signage must NOT be tampered with to view anything else but ADS, if you wish to display different content or have anything removed, please email us at advertising@envisagesigns.com

    d. If our signage has been powered off or turned off by an unexpected issue, your AD will not extend the time it was not playing and cannot receive a refund or be prorated. 

16. Damage or Cause of Injury:   

    a. ENVISAGE and its property are not responsible for any damage caused to your business or any harm done to a person. 

    b. Our signage is not responsible for any personal injury to your clients or staff. It is the responsibility of the business to maintain safety while our signage is provided. If you have any safety concerns please email us at advertising@envisagesigns.com

17. Card Authorization:   

    a. ENVISAGE reserves the right to use your card information for purchasing plans for your AD

    b. Envisage may contact you using the provided information used in the Card Authorization Form

    c. If your payment does not go through, Envisage will contact you to get the information updated. If your payment fails to process and cannot reach you, we will not charge your card and terminate your AD spot.
